With the prospect for 2,800 attendees, for our Healthy Living Expos, we have the confidence to include a non-conditional guarantee, in the exhibitor space rental rate, for our home-based business exhibitors.
Expos USA guarantees that within the four (4) month period immediately following the date of respective expos, vendor shall generate sales revenue from expo prospects, adequate to offset vendor’s cost of exhibitor space, or Expos USA will refund to vendor the difference between the cost of vendor’s exhibitor space, and vendors gross sales receipts from expo prospects. This guarantee is governed by the honor-system … vendor will unilaterally determine any claims against said guarantee, without dispute from Expos USA.

For home-based-business owners, Expos USA exhibitor booth space is sold on a brand-name exclusive basis. So, if a home-based business owner is “first-in,” for a respective brand, that home-based business owner will be the only exhibitor of that brand, at the respective expo. And, if a home-based business owner is first-in for a brand, the home-based business owner receives the “first-right-of -refusal” to exhibit the same brand at the next-following seasonal expo at the same venue location.
Expos USA strives to produce a spring and fall expo at each venue. So, if a home-based business owner is “first-in,” as long as the “first-right-of-refusal” is exercised, said home-based business owner will be able to claim brand exhibitor rights, for respective expos, for an indefinite period.

Exhibitor Booth Space for Home-Based Business Owners: Standard inline – 10′ wide X 8′ deep, with one 8′ high backdrop drapery, and one side-divider drapery, including one 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, one booth identity sign, and 2 exhibitor badges. Multi-PAK discounted space rates offer void after 3:00 PM, June 30, 2018, or whenever Multi-PAK discounted inventory is depleted, whichever comes first. Multi-PAK discounted inventory is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5-PAK (one exhibitor booth, for each of 5 expos): Total Cost – $900* ($180 per exhibitor booth, per expo. Down payment – $450)
7-PAK (one exhibitor booth, for each of 7 expos): Total Cost – $980* ($140 per exhibitor booth, per expo. Down payment – $490)

Commencing with each new season (Fall’ 2018/Spring’ 2019), Expos USA sets aside several standard (in line) exhibitor booth spaces, for each expo venue, at discounted rates.
The regular rate for a standard exhibitor booth space (corporate) is $490. The $490 rate does not include electricity to the booth.
A standard exhibitor booth space is 10′ wide X 8′ deep, with one 8′ high backdrop drapery, and one 3′ high side-divider drapery, including one 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor badges (additional complimentary badges available upon request), and one booth identity sign.
Early-Bird exhibitor booth space discounted rates are time-sensitive and time specific to each exhibitor candidate making inquiry, as to becoming a vendor for Healthy Living Expos by Expos USA. For example, when an exhibitor candidate first makes inquiry, if the respective exhibitor candidate reserves and pays for exhibitor booth space for one Healthy Living Expo, within 10 days from exhibitor candidate’s initial inquiry, exhibitor candidate will be able to take advantage of Expos USA BOGO+TWO Spring-Fling Promo, which means that in addition to the exhibitor booth space reserved and paid for, exhibitor will receive complimentary exhibitor booth space at any three (3) other Expos USA produced Healthy Living Expos. In other words, exhibitor will receive exhibitor booth space for four (4) expos, for the price of one. BOGO+TWO inventory is available on a first-come, first-serve basis, or whenever BOGO+TWO inventory is depleted, whichever comes first.
If the exhibitor candidate misses the 10 day window to claim exhibitor booth space under the BOGO+TWO discounted rate, exhibitor candidate will have 20 days from date of original inquiry to reserve and pay for exhibitor booth space under the BOGO+ONE discounted rate, which means the exhibitor will receive exhibitor booth space for three (3) expos, for the price of one.
If the exhibitor candidate misses the 20 day window to claim exhibitor booth space under the BOGO+ONE discounted rate, exhibitor candidate will have 30 days from date of original inquiry to reserve and pay for exhibitor booth space under the BOGO discounted rate, which means the exhibitor will receive exhibitor booth space for two (2) expos, for the price of one.
Exhibitors are encouraged to complete an online “non-binding” Exhibitor Application. The application is non-binding, but submitting an application does establish Exhibitors priority status, as to any first-come, first serve options, and/or brand exclusivity and booth location.
