Exhibiting at Healthy Living Expos by Expos USA

With the prospect for 2,800 attendees, for our Healthy Living Expos, we have the confidence to include a non-conditional guarantee, in the exhibitor space rental rate, for our home-based business exhibitors.

Expos USA guarantees that within the four (4) month period immediately following the date of respective expos, vendor shall generate sales revenue from expo prospects, adequate to offset vendor’s cost of exhibitor space, or Expos USA will refund to vendor the difference between the cost of vendor’s exhibitor space, and vendors gross sales receipts from expo prospects. This guarantee is governed by the honor-system … vendor will unilaterally determine any claims against said guarantee, without dispute from Expos USA.

All exhibitor space for home-based business vendors is sold on a brand-name exclusive basis, so if you are “first-in,” for your brand, you will be the only vendor exhibiting your brand. And, if your are “first-in,” you will also receive the “first-right-of-refusal,” to exhibit your brand at the next-following Expos USA produced expo at the same venue.

Exhibitor Referral Plan

All Expos USA exhibitors are invited to submit contact names, along with an email address, for any business that exhibitor thinks may be interested in exhibiting at an Expos USA event. For each referral received from an existing exhibitor that reserves and pays for an exhibitor booth, at any Expos USA event, exhibitor making said referral will receive $35 cash referral fee, which will be paid within 72 hours of the day that referral reserves and pays for an exhibitor booth. All Expos USA Events

 Application is for exhibitor space at any of Expos USA events. Exhibitor space booth is 10′ wide X 8′ deep, with one 8′ high backdrop drapery, and one 3′ high side-divider drapery, including one 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, one booth identity sign, and 2 exhibitor badges.

The regular exhibitor application fee is $50; however, the application fee is currently waived through December 30, 2018. Submitting an application is non-binding, on the Applicant, but the date of submission does determine and preserve Applicant’s status and priority ranking, as to any “first-come, first-serve” purchases, and/or exhibitor booth locations.

Pending approval of Applicant’s application, Expos USA will generate and email an invoice that documents the exhibitor space reservation. Buyer will be instructed to print, sign, and snail mail invoice to Expos USA,  Miami, FL office.

Expos USA will also email to Buyer options for making payment (Check, Credit Card, or Google Wallet). Buyer will be required to make payment, upon receipt of invoice, or forfeit “first-come, first-serve” position.

2018 & 2019 Expos Update

To establish a broader base of the community population, from which to draw attendees, Expos USA produces multiple expos, all under the same roof, on the same day, at the same time. On Thursday, May 3, 2018, we will produce the following expos at UNF University Center:
  • Sports & Fitness Expo
  • Family Wellness Expo
  • Healthy Living Expo
  • Home-Based Business Expo
We do not create barrier walls between the different expos. We simply group exhibitors according to their respective industry preference. The exhibitor booth floor plan is designed so that all attendees; regardless of which expo they are attending, will be exposed to all exhibitors for all expos.
Producing all 4 of the expos under the same roof, on the same day, at the same time, enables us to advertise to a broader group of prospective visitors, so as to drive attendance. Our expos are open-to-the-public, and admission is free. Our advertising and marketing campaigns are designed to deliver 2,500 – 2,800 attendees. We favor TV advertising, and we will run 1,000 TV commercials in the months leading to the event date, on “I Know JAX,” CBS 47, and FOX 30. We also favor outdoor advertising, and we post a billboard campaign, as well-as direct mail, posters, and print advertising.
We are awaiting contracts from the decorator to provide the pipe and drape to create the exhibitor booths. And, we are awaiting an exhibitor booth floor plan that we will post to our website upon receipt. Exhibitors are able to provide us with first, second, and third exhibitor booth choices, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Show Sponsorship includes …

  • One 10′ wide X 8′ deep premium location exhibitor space (corner), including one 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, and one booth identity sign, at each of 4 Expos USA expos
  • 4 exhibitor passes
  • Lead list of registered attendees emailed or on CD
  • Internal large-screen advertising day of show with sponsor’s logo, tagline, and photo displayed
  • Sponsor’s business listing, logo, and photo with hyperlink to sponsor’s website on exposusa.com, through December 31, 2018
  • Media exposure: sponsor’s logo, and/or name recognition on posters, billboards, television, radio, newspaper, and magazine ads
  • One-half page ad in show program
  • One 40′ wide X 2′ deep vinyl banner displayed at 4 expos, and gifted to sponsor.
  • Sponsor’s flyer/pamphlet inserted into 1,000 complimentary gift bags for attendees, at each of 4 expos.
  • Sponsor’s logo and/or name recognition on signage within the show
  • Sponsor’s logo and/or name recognition on show programs
  • Sponsor’s logo and/or name recognition on 100 complimentary canvas gift bags, or booklets
  • Sponsor’s logo and/or name recognition displayed on table tents within the show
  • Exclusive live remote interview at the show

Expos USA targets 2,800 to 3,500 in attendance for each event.

Primary Target: Adults (40-65) homeowners, with aging parents.

Secondary Target: Adults (30-45) married homeowners, with sports-active kids.

Note: Due to our targeted marketing direct mail and newspaper advertising campaigns, most of our attendees are homeowners, and a large segment of our attendees own multiple residential properties.
