Standard “in-line” exhibitor booths are 10′ wide X 8′ deep, with one 8′ high backdrop drape and one side-divider drape, including one 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, 2 exhibitor badges, and one booth identity sign.

Exhibitor booth rental rates do not include or electricity to booths; however, electricity to booths is optional. The rate for electricity varies from venue to venue, ranging from $20 to $90.

Premium exhibitor booths (corner locations) are available, on a first-come, first serve basis, for an additional $70 fee.

Exhibitor booths for home-based businesses are sold on a brand name exclusive basis. So, if you are “first-in,” for your brand, you will be the only exhibitor for your brand. And, if you are “first-in,” you receive “first-right-of-refusal” to exhibit your brand at our next following expo at the same venue.

We strive to produce a spring and fall expo at each venue. So, if a home-based business owner is first-in, as long as the first-right-of-refusal is exercised, said home-based business owner will be able to claim brand exhibitor rights for the respective expo, for an indefinite period.

Exhibit hall is normally available for exhibitor booth set-up from 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM the day before the expo and from 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM the day of the expo.

Expo hours run from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
