Exhibitor interest for Bradenton has been little to none, so we have opted to combine the Sarasota Healthy Living Expo, and the Bradenton Healthy Living Expo, into one expo: Sarasota/Bradenton Healthy Living Expos. In doing so it has become necessary to reschedule from March 2, 2019, in Sarasota, and  March 16, 2019, in Bradenton. The Sarasota/Bradenton Healthy Living Expo will take place on Saturday, June 29, 2019, at the Shriners Event Center in Sarasota. Exhibiting at Healthy Living Expos by Expos USA

With the prospect for 2,800 attendees, for our Healthy Living Expos, we have the confidence to include a non-conditional guarantee, in the exhibitor space rental rate, for our home-based business exhibitors.

Expos USA guarantees that within the four (4) month period immediately following the date of respective expos, vendor shall generate sales revenue from expo prospects, adequate to offset vendor’s cost of exhibitor space, or Expos USA will refund to vendor the difference between the cost of vendor’s exhibitor space, and vendors gross sales receipts from expo prospects. This guarantee is governed by the honor-system … vendor will unilaterally determine any claims against said guarantee, without dispute from Expos USA.

All exhibitor space for home-based business vendors is sold on a brand-name exclusive basis, so if you are “first-in,” for your brand, you will be the only vendor exhibiting your brand. And, if your are “first-in,” you will also receive the “first-right-of-refusal,” to exhibit your brand at the next-following Expos USA produced expo at the same venue.

Exhibitor Referral Plan

All Expos USA exhibitors are invited to submit contact names, along with an email address, for any business that exhibitor thinks may be interested in exhibiting at an Expos USA event. For each referral received from an existing exhibitor that reserves and pays for an exhibitor booth, at any Expos USA event, exhibitor making said referral will receive $35 cash referral fee, which will be paid within 72 hours of the day that referral reserves and pays for an exhibitor booth. All Expos USA Events

 Application is for exhibitor space at any of Expos USA events. Exhibitor space booth is 10′ wide X 10′ deep, with one 8′ high backdrop drapery, and one 3′ high side-divider drapery, including one 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, one booth identity sign, and 2 exhibitor badges.

The regular exhibitor application fee is $50; however, the application fee is currently waived through March 30, 2019. Submitting an application is non-binding, on the Applicant, but the date of submission does determine and preserve Applicant’s status and priority ranking, as to any “first-come, first-serve” purchases, and/or exhibitor booth locations.

Pending approval of Applicant’s application, Expos USA will generate and email an invoice that documents the exhibitor space reservation. Buyer will be instructed to print, sign, and snail mail invoice to Expos USA,  Miami, FL office.

Expos USA will also email to Buyer options for making payment (Check, Credit Card, Debit Card, Etc.). Buyer will be required to make payment, upon receipt of invoice, or forfeit “first-come, first-serve” position.

Expos USA targets 2,800 to 3,500 in attendance for each event.

Primary Target: Adults (40-65) homeowners, with aging parents.

Secondary Target: Adults (30-45) married homeowners, with sports-active kids.

Note: Due to our targeted marketing direct mail and newspaper advertising campaigns, most of our attendees are homeowners, and a large segment of our attendees own multiple residential properties.

Free Exhibitor Booth

Expos USA events draw thousands of visitors … mostly homeowners (45-60), with aging parents, and young parents (30-45), with sports-active kids. Many of our attendees own multiple dwellings. We target 2,800/3,500 visitors in attendance for each expo.
Expos USA events offer multiple and varied free activities: barnyard bingo, with cash-prizes, too; bounce houses; photo booths; photo & autograph ops with sports celebrities; expert guest speaker program agenda, on matter of family wellness, and senior living; cooking classes; martial arts demos; youth sports clinics; 5K Walk-a-Thon Fundraisers for Breast Cancer Awareness; health screenings; door-prize drawings; scavenger hunts; free breakfasts, home-biz seminars & workshop, on how to start your own home-based business; etc.
