Expos USA produces Healthy Living Expos, America’s fast-track to healthy living for all!

Expo Schedule Change: The Sarasota/Bradenton Healthy Living Expos scheduled for Saturday, May 25, 2019, and Saturday, June 29, 2019 have been rescheduled to Saturday, October 26, 2019.

Sarasota/Bradenton Healthy Living Expo: Saturday, June 29, 2019, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM, rescheduled to Saturday, October 26, 2019, at Sarasota Event Center.

Booth Assignment: We will soon post a floor plan, to our website, with numbered booths, for your consideration and selection. We will let you know when it has been posted. Booths are assigned in accordance with vendor priority status determined by date and time respective vendor reserved and made payment. So, the earlier that you reserved a booth, the higher your booth selection priority.

Exhibitor Booth Identity Sign: Exhibitors, please advise exactly how you wish your booth identity sign to read. We will appreciate receiving this information no later than September 24, 2019; otherwise, we may not be able to prepare your identity sign in time for the event.

Sarasota/Bradenton Healthy Living Expo – Event Marketing: Sarasota Herald Tribune; Bradenton Herald; radio; TV; Posters; Press Releases; Social Media; and Referral Campaigns.

Flyers: We are printing flyers (8.5 X 11) that vendors can post in  reception area, etc., and/or distribute to clients. Please advise how many flyers you need.

Freebies: Healthy Living sun visor to first 100 adult attendees.

Healthy Living Expos are venue-specific, semi-annual events, featuring primary exhibitor categories: Allergen-Friendly Food; Family Wellness & Fitness; Health & Beauty; Gluten-Free Food; Home-Based  Businesses; Retiree Support Services; Preventive Medicine; Sports & Sports Medicine.

Our business model calls for production of a healthy living expo, in the fall and spring, for each host city … 100 exhibitors; and, two thousand + attendees.

As to attendees, Expos USA targets homeowners: young married (25-36), with sports-active kids, and “on-the-move” adults (40-65), with aging parents.

Healthy Living Expos are jam-packed with fun-filled, free activities for all: cooking for life demos; dancing for life demos; expert guest-speaker presentation program; kids’ stuff; amplified phones for qualified residents; health screens & evaluations; live music; and, healthy living seminars & workshops.

All inquiries welcome: speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, sponsors, performers, demonstrators.  Early-Bird deep-discounted exhibitor booth space rates are applicable, now.

Standard exhibitor booth space (in-line location): 10′ wide 8′ deep, with one 8′ high backdrop drapery, and one 3′ high side-divider drapery, including one 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, one booth identity sign, and 2 exhibitor badges. Cost $780.

Premium exhibitor booth space (corner location): 10′ wide 8′ deep, with one 8′ high backdrop drapery, and two 3′ high side-divider draperies, including one 8′ skirted table, 2 chairs, one booth identity sign, and 2 exhibitor badges. Cost $850.

Early-Bird deep-discounted exhibitor booth space rates, for single exhibitor booth space, for one expo: one standard exhibitor booth space (in-line location) –  $580, or one premium exhibitor booth space (corner location) – $650, available on a first-come, first-serve basis, through 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 31, 2019, or whenever early-bird discounted inventory is depleted, whichever comes first.

Exhibitor Booth Space Availability: a) premium booth locations – corner; b) exhibitor tables (no booth … table only); c) standard exhibitor booth location – inline (7, only, remaining available. Available on a first-come, first serve basis).

Halloween “Spooky” Bonus Promo for Vendors: (BOGO+TWO) available now through 2:00 PM, Wednesday, July 31, 2019, or whenever remaining inventory is depleted, whichever comes first. So, early-bird exhibitors are able to reserve and pay for one exhibitor booth space, for one expo, and receive complimentary exhibitor booth space for any 3 other Expos USA produced events, for a total price of  $580. In other words, $145 per exhibitor booth space, per expo.

Home-Based Business Owner Exhibitors: We offer a special exhibitor booth space rate for home-based businesses – $280 (in-line location), or $350 (corner location). If interested, please inquire as to any current discounted rates.

Expos USA strives to produce a Healthy Living Expo in the fall and spring, for each venue city. So, if exhibitors make the BOGO+TWO for our October 26, 2019 Sarasota/Bradenton expos,  exhibitors could take their complimentary booth for our spring’ 2020 Sarasota/Bradenton expo, or exhibitors could take a double booth for the October 26, expo. Or, they can take their complimentary exhibitor booth space at any of 3 other healthy living expo produced by Expos USA, Inc.
