When you reserve and pay for your virtual exhibitor booth space, this is what happens:
We immediately post your business name, exhibitor category (you may choose which exhibitor category), brand/product specialty to the Healthy Living Expo Exhibitor Directory, for your selected expo website. The exhibitor directory is searchable by business name, exhibitor category, and brand/product specialty.
NOTE: 1. IF YOU ARE “FIRST IN,” FOR YOUR BRAND/PRODUCT SPECIALTY, YOU WILL BE THE EXCLUSIVE EXHIBITOR OF YOUR BRAND/PRODUCT SPECIALTY. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ARE A CHIROPRACTOR, AND YOU ARE “FIRST IN,” YOU WILL BE THE ONLY CHIROPRACTIC EXHIBITOR, FOR YOUR SELECTED VIRTUAL EXPO.
We design a full-color digital ad, to your specifications, and post your ad to the respective expo Healthy Living Expo Digital Ad Library.
We create a full-color image of your virtual exhibitor booth. The image of your virtual exhibitor booth will be posted in the Healthy Living Expos Catalog of Virtual Exhibitor Booths, for your selected expo.
You will have the ability to upload video content. If you do not have a video, we will produce a full-color 30-second video to advertise, market, and promote your business brand and product specialty. The video will be posted in the USA Healthy Living Expo Video Library, for your selected expo, and the video will reflect a link to the Healthy Living Expo Expert Guest Speaker Presenters, for your selected expo. You may opt to be your own expert guest speaker presenter, for your business brand and product specialty.
NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE TO PARTICIPATE AS YOUR OWN EXPERT GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTER, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A SHOULDER/HEADSHOT PHOTO OF THE PRESENTER, A 42 WORD BIO ON THE PRESENTER, AND A 76 WORD “SNIPPET ” INTRO PREVIEW OF YOUR TOTAL GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTATION, WHICH WILL BE USED TO CREATE A 30-SECOND VIDEO COMMERCIAL THAT WILL SERVE TO INTRODUCE YOUR GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTATION.
We will establish a live chat platform to allow for interaction between your staff and visitor attendees.
NOTE: All posts (Steps One – Five) will remain posted to the respective Healthy Living Expo website, for one-year. SO, IF YOU RESERVE A VIRTUAL EXHIBITOR BOOTH FOR THE SANTA FE HEALTHY LIVING EXPO (12/18/21), YOUR POSTS ONE THROUGH FIVE WILL REMAIN POSTED FOR 12 MONTHS.
WE ANTICIPATE TENS OF THOUSAND OF VISITOR ATTENDEES TO EACH OF OUR VIRTUAL HEALTHY LIVING EXPOS, IN THAT WE ARE AGGRESIVELY MARKETING THE EVENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA, LOCAL RADIO, TV, AND PRINT NEWS WITH ADS.
VIRTUAL EXHIBITOR BOOTH FEES
Corporate for Profit & Non-Profits
$10 per month, payable quarterly in advance; plus, a one-time set-up fee, of $250. No contract required. exhibitor may cancel after 4 months, without penalty, but will lose “first-in” exclusive exhibitor rights.
Downward Adjustments for virtual expos set-up fees, for exhibitors opting to reserve virtual exhibitor space for multiple expos: Set-up fee for first expo – $250; set-up fee for second expo – $200; set-up fee for third expo – $150; set-up fee for fourth expo – $100; set-up fee for all other expos – $100. For example, if you reserve exhibitor space for Santa Fe, the set-up fee is $250; if you reserve exhibitor space for Albuquerque, the set-up fee is $200, if you reserve exhibitor space for Tucson, the set-up fee is $150; if you reserve exhibitor space for Houston, the set-up fee is $100, etc.
Virtual Exhibitor booth participation is delivered in participation with CLOUD, ZOOM, AND MULTIPLE OTHER 100% Conferencing Platforms.
We offer a 120 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, which mean that if, after 120 days from date of the event, exhibitor may request and receive prompt payment for a full refund.
Exhibitor will receive 100% credit, of all fees paid by exhibitor toward virtual expo participation, for application toward fees for exhibitor booth space at live, in-person expos.
